We completed a full residential roof replacement for this home in Spokane, transitioning the property from a weathered surface to a durable new system. Our team performed a complete tear-off of the old materials, revealing areas of the roof deck that required structural plywood repairs before proceeding. We installed high-performance Grace Select underlayment across the entire surface to ensure a watertight foundation for the new shingles. For the finishing layer, we used dark gray asphalt shingles to provide a clean, modern aesthetic and long-term weather protection. The project involved intricate flashing work around the existing brick chimney and the seamless integration of two rectangular skylights to maintain the home's natural light.
