We completed a full residential roof replacement for this home and detached garage in Wenatchee. Our team performed a comprehensive inspection of the attic and roof deck, identifying areas of moisture damage and compromised OSB sheathing that required immediate repair. We stripped the existing weathered shingles to ensure a solid foundation for the new materials. We installed new architectural asphalt shingles and replaced damaged plywood and oriented strand board sheathing to restore structural integrity. The project included updating the plumbing vent flashings and installing a ridge vent system to improve attic ventilation.
