We completed a full residential roof replacement for this single-story home in Walla Walla. The project involved removing aging asphalt shingles, addressing areas of exposed underlayment, and preparing the structural decking for a more durable roofing system. We focused on resolving moisture concerns by repairing damaged flashing and installing new galvanized metal drip edges along the roofline. Our team installed high-quality architectural shingles and updated the ventilation system, including measuring and replacing several roof vents to ensure proper attic airflow. We also performed a detailed inspection of the chimney flashing and attic insulation to verify the home's energy efficiency and weather resistance. The finished project provides the residence with a clean, cohesive look and long-term protection against the elements.
