We performed a complete residential roof replacement on this single-story home in Richland. Our process began by stripping the old materials down to the OSB sheathing to verify the integrity of the roof deck. We focused on creating a weather-tight seal across all gables and valleys before proceeding with the final shingle application. For maximum protection, we installed CertainTeed RoofRunner synthetic underlayment and specialized ice and water shielding. The project was finished with durable architectural asphalt shingles in a dark gray tone that complemented the existing siding and trim. Throughout the project, we utilized protective tarps and safety anchors to ensure a clean and efficient workspace.
