We completed a full residential roof replacement for this single-story home in Richland. Our team removed the existing worn asphalt shingles, which showed signs of granular loss and weathering, to prepare the deck for a new roofing system. We ensured all structural surfaces were inspected and ready for a comprehensive underlayment installation. For the new installation, we utilized CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles in Max Def Granite Gray, paired with CertainTeed RoofRunner underlayment and Grace Ice & Water Shield for superior moisture protection. We also updated the roof-to-wall flashing and replaced plumbing vent stacks to ensure long-term durability against the elements. The project provides the property with a modernized appearance and enhanced weather resistance.
