We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for a single-story home in Kennewick. Our team performed a full tear-off of the existing weathered shingles to prepare the deck for a complete system upgrade. We prioritized site safety and property protection, utilizing heavy-duty landscape fabric to shield the lawn and siding throughout the project. We installed CertainTeed RoofRunner synthetic underlayment followed by CertainTeed Landmark architectural asphalt shingles in a clean gray finish.
