We completed a full residential roof replacement for this single-story home in Lewiston. The project began with a complete tear-off of the existing shingles and an inspection of the roof deck, where we replaced damaged OSB sheathing and plywood to restore structural integrity. We meticulously prepped the surface to ensure a weather-tight seal against the elements. To provide superior protection, we installed CertainTeed RoofRunner synthetic underlayment and Vycor Select flashing along the critical points. We finished the installation with CertainTeed Landmark architectural shingles in Granite Gray, giving the home a refreshed look. The project was rounded out by updating the ridge vents and plumbing stacks to improve overall ventilation and longevity.
