We completed a comprehensive residential roofing installation for this home in The Dalles. Our team removed the existing, deteriorated materials and replaced the underlying roof deck with new OSB panels to ensure a solid foundation for the new system. We then installed high-quality grey asphalt shingles across the gabled roof structure to provide long-term weather protection. To improve natural interior lighting and ventilation, we integrated two Velux sun tunnel skylights along with several new roof vents. We also updated the flashing around plumbing stacks and roof transitions to ensure a completely water-tight seal. This upgrade resulted in a durable, refreshed exterior that significantly enhances the home's protection and energy efficiency.
