We performed a comprehensive roof replacement for this Kennewick home, managing both the pitched architectural shingle sections and the low-slope flat roof areas. Our crew addressed significant exterior deterioration by replacing weathered 1x5 and 1x8 fascia boards and repairing damaged trim along the roofline. We also integrated interior upgrades, including the installation of recessed lighting fixtures in the wood-plank ceilings and resolving drywall gaps near window frames. To ensure complete weather protection, we installed a durable TPO membrane system on the flat roof sections and replaced multiple leaking skylights.
