Alpine Roofing recently completed a TPO roofing installation at 320 N Main in Colville, Washington 99114, designed to provide durable, energy-efficient, and watertight protection. Scope of Work This project included the installation of a 60-mil white TPO roofing system over the existing spray foam roof, which remained in place as part of the layover system. The new TPO membrane was securely fastened and terminated at the coping cap using a new term bar for a clean, professional finish. All penetrations were fully waterproofed, and existing drains were removed, reset, and integrated into the new membrane system to ensure proper drainage. If additional drains are required, those will be provided as an add-on service.
