We performed a complete residential roof replacement for this home in Pendleton, Oregon. After stripping away the old, failing asphalt shingles, we conducted a thorough inspection of the roof deck and replaced several sections of damaged wood. This process ensured a stable and secure surface for the new installation. The new roofing system features CertainTeed RoofRunner underlayment and Vycor self-adhering membrane for superior moisture protection. We installed CertainTeed Landmark architectural shingles along with new plumbing vent boots and gutter guards.
