We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for this two-story home in Walla Walla. Our team removed the existing, worn asphalt shingles and addressed several areas of damaged wood decking and exposed underlayment. We ensured the entire structural surface was clean and stable before moving forward with the new installation. We installed high-performance dark gray asphalt shingles along with a new synthetic underlayment to provide superior moisture protection. The project included replacing critical metal components such as the drip edges, pipe flashing, and chimney flashing to ensure a watertight seal. This updated roofing system provides the residence with enhanced durability and long-term protection against the elements.
