Alpine Roofing recently completed a new construction single-ply roofing system on Crosswind Blvd in Kennewick, WA 99336. Roofing System Installation The project featured the installation of a 60-mil TPO roof system in a mechanically attached fashion, designed for long-term durability and energy efficiency. A ½” barrier board was provided and installed, delivering a Class A fire rating while serving as a cover board for the membrane. An EPS tapered system was also included to promote positive drainage. Waterproofing & Details All roof drains, curbs, and penetrations were fully waterproofed in accordance with mechanical roof plans, ensuring a watertight seal and system integrity. Custom Metal Work A custom coping cap was fabricated and installed, complete with a continuous cleat. This finish was done in 24-gauge Kynar 500 paint, available in standard color selections, for both aesthetics and durability. Addenda & Scope The scope of work accounted for Addenda 1 & 2, with all included materials and labor provided for a comprehensive roofing solution.
