We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for this Spokane home to address significant shingle damage and aging. Our team began by stripping the weathered asphalt shingles and damaged gutters to inspect the underlying structural components. We identified and replaced compromised wooden sheathing and OSB panels to ensure a solid, level foundation for the new installation.
