We completed a comprehensive residential roofing project in Kennewick that involved installing new architectural asphalt shingles across multiple complex roof planes. Our team managed steeply pitched slopes, ensuring precise application along hip ridges and valleys to provide long-term weather protection. We also performed targeted repairs on specific sections to address wear and integrated specialized flashings for a cohesive finish. To improve the home's thermal regulation, we installed several square roof vents, plumbing vent flashings, and ridge vent caps. We also carefully worked around existing dome skylights and chimney structures to maintain a water-tight seal throughout the entire system.
