We completed a full residential roof replacement for this classic stucco home in Spokane. Our team performed a complete tear-off of the old, weathered asphalt shingles and inspected the underlying structure for any signs of damage. We then installed new OSB and plywood sheathing across the roof deck to ensure a solid and level foundation for the new materials. For the final layer, we installed architectural asphalt shingles that provide long-term durability and significantly improved the home's curb appeal. The project involved detailed flashing work around multiple dormers and brick chimneys to ensure a watertight seal against the elements. We also addressed the drainage system by clearing debris and ensuring all downspouts were properly positioned to protect the white stucco exterior.
