We completed a full residential roof replacement for this classic brick home and its detached garage in Spokane. Our team removed the aged, moss-covered asphalt shingles and performed necessary structural repairs to the underlying wood decking. We installed a high-performance roofing system featuring CertainTeed Landmark architectural shingles in a rich brown tone. The project included the application of CertainTeed RoofRunner underlayment, WinterGuard waterproofing, and Vycor Select flashing to ensure long-term protection against the elements. We also updated the chimney flashing and replaced all roof vents to improve ventilation and curb appeal.
