Sibert Street Richland Washington
Alpine Roofing recently completed a full roof replacement on Sibert Street in Richland Washington, featuring a Taylor Metals Standing Seam Metal Roofing System. Removal Phase: The project began with the careful removal and disposal of the existing asphalt shingle roofing system, including all underlayment, flashings, nails, and debris. The roof decking was then thoroughly inspected, with minor repairs completed to ensure a stable and secure foundation. Installation Phase: A high-performance underlayment, approved for use under metal roofing, was installed to enhance moisture protection. Panels were secured using concealed fasteners and seam-locking techniques, providing a sleek appearance and watertight seal. All penetrations and terminations were flashed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes. Completion Phase: Following installation, a final inspection was conducted to verify the system’s integrity and performance. The job site was thoroughly cleaned, ensuring a professional finish and a high-quality result built to last.
