Alpine Roofing recently completed a low-slope roofing system replacement on South Burke Avenue in Connell, Washington 99326. The project began with the full removal of existing shingles and thorough surface preparation, including the installation of OSB sheathing to ensure a smooth and stable substrate. Depending on project requirements, either a TPO membrane or torch down roofing system was installed. For torch down, the team applied primer, torched modified bitumen, and sealed all seams for maximum water resistance. For TPO, insulation was added as needed, and the TPO membrane was heat-welded to create a durable, watertight finish. New flashing was installed at all edges, transitions, and penetrations to ensure proper sealing and integration with adjacent roofing sections. The project was completed with a full quality inspection, site cleanup, and delivery of warranty and documentation, ensuring long-term protection and performance.
