South Penn Street in Kennewick Washington

Alpine Roofing recently completed a full exterior renovation on South Penn Street in Kennewick, Washington, featuring The Alpine Premium System for both roofing and siding. The roof replacement included a full removal and installation of CertainTeed Landmark ClimateFlex shingles in Weathered Wood, along with CertainTeed ShadowRidge, SwiftStarter, RoofRunner underlayment, Grace Select Ice & Water Shield, and a ridge vent system. This roofing system is backed by a 25-Year Alpine Roofing Workmanship Warranty. In addition to the roof, the project involved the removal and replacement of the home’s siding with prefinished James Hardie siding in Monterey Taupe, covered by a 20-Year Labor and Materials Warranty. The siding scope included complete demo down to the substrate or studs, installation of new housewrap, and new siding in either 7-1/4” reveal or 4x8 Board & Batten style. All window and door trims, outside corners, gable belly bands, and new soffits (4x8 sheet goods at entrances and 16” vented at eaves and rakes) were installed. Caulking was applied throughout, and all work was completed with proper permits and thorough site cleanup. This comprehensive upgrade enhances both the protection and appearance of the home for years to come.
