Spokane Way Grand Coulee Washington

Alpine Roofing recently completed a standing seam metal roof installation on Spokane Way in Grand Coulee, Washington. The project involved the removal of the existing roofing and the installation of Taylor Metal standing seam panels, known for their exceptional durability and sleek appearance. As part of the preparation, 18 pieces of new OSB sheeting were installed over the new build area to create a solid substrate, followed by underlayment installation in compliance with building code. Additionally, a full soffit and fascia replacement was completed. This included removing the existing gutter and fascia, installing a new 2x6 sub fascia, LP® primed vented soffit for proper attic ventilation, and 4/4x6” LP® fascia boards. Once the new system was in place, the original gutter was reinstalled, resulting in a clean, professionally finished exterior with enhanced functionality and curb appeal.
