We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for this single-family home in Colton. Our team performed a full tear-off of the existing worn brown asphalt shingles and inspected the underlying wood sheathing for any necessary structural repairs. We installed a high-performance synthetic underlayment and updated the flashing to create a durable, weather-tight seal. For the final installation, we used CertainTeed Landmark architectural shingles to provide the residence with a clean, updated aesthetic. The project also included the addition of new ridge vents and drip edges to improve moisture management and attic airflow. We utilized site-specific safety plans and debris netting throughout the process to protect the property's mature landscaping.
