We completed an extensive utility locating and surface mapping project for a commercial property in Germantown. Our crew identified and flagged various underground assets throughout the parking lot, entrance drives, and perimeter landscaping. We focused on providing a clear visual record of the site's subsurface infrastructure to support future facility upgrades. Using standardized color-coding, we marked the positions of electrical lines, storm drainage systems, and water mains on both asphalt and concrete surfaces. We also designated key utility access points near the building's exterior and electrical transformer units. This precise mapping ensures that any upcoming excavation or maintenance can proceed safely without damaging critical utility lines.
