We performed comprehensive utility locating and ground-penetrating radar (GPR) services at an industrial facility in Memphis to identify subsurface infrastructure. Our team located and mapped several critical lines, including water, glycol, gas, and storm drainage systems, to prepare the site for upcoming construction. We utilized specialized scanning carts and advanced sensors to pinpoint the exact locations of underground assets across the paved and unpaved areas. Using high-frequency GPR equipment, we marked the surface with color-coded paint and documented depth settings for future excavation. We also inspected concrete vaults and water meter assemblies to ensure all connections were accurately reflected on the final utility map. This precise survey provided the project team with the data necessary to avoid utility strikes and ensure safety during the renovation process.
