We performed a comprehensive utility locating and mapping project for a commercial site in Memphis. Our team identified and marked essential underground systems, including electrical lines, gas mains, and communication conduits across the property. We traced these services from main utility cabinets and meters through the parking lot and landscaped zones to ensure total site coverage. To clearly designate the infrastructure, we used industry-standard color-coded spray paint and markers on all asphalt, concrete, and turf surfaces. The project involved locating transformers, gas assemblies, and sewer cleanouts to provide an accurate layout of existing subsurface assets. This work established a clear visual guide for the property, significantly reducing the risk of utility strikes during future maintenance or construction.
