We performed a comprehensive utility locating and sewer inspection project throughout the Nottoway Subdivision in Germantown. Our team accessed several manholes and utilized specialized equipment to trace the path of underground lines within the residential streets and property boundaries. We focused on identifying sewer access points and mapping out the existing infrastructure to ensure accurate site data for the HOA community. Using high-visibility green marking paint and electronic locating tools, we designated the position of sewer lines and utility connections on the asphalt and curbs. We also inspected PVC cleanouts and foundation drainage systems near several homes to verify accessibility and flow. These detailed markings and inspections provide the neighborhood with a clear roadmap of their underground utilities for future maintenance and repairs.
