We completed a comprehensive performance cleaning of a Mitsubishi Electric ductless system at a commercial property in Midlothian. Our team serviced multiple wall-mounted indoor units and their corresponding rooftop condensers to restore optimal airflow and system efficiency. We utilized specialized drainage bibs to protect the interior work environment while deep cleaning the internal evaporator coils and blower wheels. The service involved applying professional cleaning foam to the coils and thoroughly washing the mesh air filters to improve air quality. We also inspected the outdoor units on the roof to ensure the condensers were free of debris and functioning correctly. Final testing confirmed the system was cooling effectively, with discharge vent temperatures reaching a consistent 48.3 degrees.
