We completed a comprehensive residential energy and structural renovation in Philadelphia. Our team performed a full tear-off of a weathered wood shingle roof, followed by structural framing for new dormers and the installation of new plywood sheathing to support a complete Tesla Solar Roof system. We integrated advanced home energy management components, including SPAN smart electrical panels and multiple Tesla Powerwall battery units for robust energy storage. The project featured the installation of sleek solar tiles complemented by copper flashing and new dark metal gutters. This multi-trade upgrade modernizes the home's infrastructure while providing long-term sustainable power and improved structural integrity.
