We completed a comprehensive interior renovation and build-out for this commercial space in West Linn, OR. Our work involved preparing the interior structure, including framing and drywall installation, alongside finishing touches like painting and flooring. The biggest transformation was turning this space from a ballet studio into a preschool. The project included the installation of new flooring, which varied between grey carpet tiles and wood-look luxury vinyl plank. We also addressed wall finishes with two-tone paint schemes and chair rail molding, and installed various fixtures and amenities, including multiple restroom facilities and electrical components. The result is a functional and modern commercial interior ready for occupancy.
