After significant damage compromised the roof, carport, and interior, we performed a structural restoration to bring the property back to a safe, functional state. Our team repaired the carport structure and addressed the primary roof breach, which included removing the skylight and clearing away accumulated debris and patching the roof. We replaced damaged joists and installed new fiberglass batt insulation to restore thermal efficiency to the affected areas. On the interior, we repaired the drywall, completed finish painting, and installed updated light fixtures. This project effectively addressed both the structural needs of the roof and carport, as well as the interior finish repairs, ensuring the home was restored to its proper condition.
