We completed a comprehensive bathroom remodel for this Portland residence, involving a full strip-down and structural update. We performed significant rough-in work, including crawl space plumbing updates with PEX lines and structural support adjustments. Our team removed the existing fiberglass tub and surround to make way for a modern, walk-in shower system. For the finish work, we utilized the Hydro-Blok waterproofing system before installing a sleek shower wall design and hexagonal floor tiles. We installed a dark wood vanity topped with a white stone countertop with matte black hardware and a new high-efficiency toilet. The dark LVT flooring adds an elegant contrast. These upgrades improved the layout and accessibility while providing a durable, moisture-resistant finish throughout the space.
