We started the process meeting with the Owner of the company, who gave estimates, talked us through options, and ultimately did final measurements. When it came time for installation, the crew was superb. Carlos, alongside Jorge, John, and Pedro were polite, detail oriented, and incredibly efficient. I could not be more pleased. 26 windows were replaced in a day and a half because the team was a well-oiled machine. We could not be happier with our experience.
