We managed this comprehensive new home construction project in Malmo from the initial excavation to the final interior finishes. Our team handled the poured concrete foundation, complete structural wood framing, and the installation of the building envelope including weather-resistant house wrap and roofing. We carefully coordinated every phase of the build to ensure a solid residential structure for our clients in Saunders County. The interior features professional drywall installation with seamless taping and mudding, high-efficiency fiberglass insulation, and custom cabinetry. We installed durable wood-look plank flooring throughout the living spaces and a stone veneer fireplace as a central focal point. The exterior was finished with white vinyl windows and new concrete walkways to provide a clean, functional home.
