Our client's subfloor was water-damaged due to a leaking toilet drain. We ripped out their old flooring / subfloor and replaced it. On subsequent visits, we also replaced a sink, the toilet tank hardware, a p-trap, caulking, a faucet aerator, an angle stop, and glued down a loose stair.
