Emergency service flood in a finished basement in Pekin, IN. We received the call and about an hour later, we were able to have one of our estimators onsite to take a look at the issues. We found that the finished basement in our customer's home was flooded due to a possible foundation leak. After quickly assessing the damages, we sent our technicians to start the mitigation work. We removed the carpet and pad that was affected throughout the basement areas, set our air movers and dehumidifiers to initiate dry-out, and applied anti-microbial in order to protect against mold spores.
