Over the weekend, we had a call come in for sewage backup in Louisville, KY. Since it was after hours, our mitigation manager took the lead by arriving onsite that same day, inspecting the property with thermal cameras and moisture meters and then planning next steps for our crew. Once the estimate had been complete, we were set to start the next day on cleaning, sanitizing, and drying the space out. We are excited to see the finished results!
