Emergency service water mitigation in a basement after it had flooded due to sump pump back up. Our customer found 4 inches of water in their basement over the weekend. We assessed the damages quickly and got set up for our technicians to perform a pump out of the basement first before starting dry-out in the unfinished areas. Once the pump out has been complete, we take our air movers and dehumidifiers and set them in the affected areas, as well as apply anti-microbial to stop the spread/growth of mold spores.
