Emergency service water damage in a condominium in Jeffersonville, IN. We were happy to help one of our previous customers on a water damage from a pipe leak under the sink in one of their condo units. We assessed the damages by checking the entire space with out moisture meters to see the level of moisture throughout. Once we were able to get eyes on the property, we sent our crew to start dry-out. We first started by tearing out the carpet in the unit and setting our equipment, including air movers, dehumidifiers, and a PDS system in the kitchen to dry the cabinets in place in order to prevent demolition and replacement of the cabinets. We are excited to share the following steps towards completion of this project!
