Emergency service water damage mitigation in commercial building in Louisville, KY. When we first got the call that a pipe had burst in this beautiful building, we rushed to get our manager's eyes on the property for inspection. There was water damage on multiple floors, including the basement. We then started our mitigation dry-out process that same day by setting our dehumidifiers, air movers, and PDS system throughout the building. The PDS system allows us to dry the floors in-place without having to demo out any of the hardwood floors. We can't wait to see the finished result!
