Emergency service water mitigation and finished repairs project in Louisville, KY. Water intrusion caused damage in the finished basement office in our client's home. We assessed the damages and quickly started mitigation right away. Demolition of the existing flooring was first in order to dry the concrete slab underneath, as well as the affected saturated drywall; we set air movers and dehumidifiers throughout to help in this process. Once dry out was complete, we started on repairing the areas. We installed beautiful new flooring and new drywall in the office and added a fresh coat of paint to make the space come together.
