Interior mold remediation in a basement in Louisville, KY. Our customer found mold in their basement and signs of previous water damage in the bathroom ceiling. We assessed the damages onsite first, and once our bid was approved, we moved forward with our mold remediation process. The first step is to secure the home by installing containments throughout to block off the affected areas from the unaffected areas of the home. We also set up a decontamination chamber so that our technicians can easily put on and remove PPE without the risk of transferring any mold spores to the rest of the home. We demoed out the affected drywall in the basement and then applied anti-microbial to effectively kill and eliminate the mold.
