Mold remediation estimate in a crawlspace area in Louisville, KY. White powdery and slimy mold was found on the joists/beams in the crawlspace underneath the house. This damage came from a previous water damage from a hot water shut off valve that had been leaking. After having the leak fixed, we estimated the extent of the damage by using our moisture meters to detect how much moisture was in the crawlspace.
