Mold damage in the bedroom from an unknown source. The mold is along the trim on the exterior wall of the bedroom. First, we assessed the damages by checking the carpet and affected trim with our moisture meters. The moisture meters showed the content to be at 100% moisture levels. After arriving onsite to start the remediation, we set containments to ensure the mold spores does not spread while demoing out the trim in the bedroom. More remediation to follow!
