Mold remediation after the basement had flooded previously. The mold and moisture behind the walls had started to cause the wall itself to crumble. Our estimator started off by going onsite to examine the damages and what remediation next steps we would need to take. After planning out the process, we quickly got the homeowner scheduled for our technicians to complete the mold portion of the project. We set our air movers, dehumidifiers, demoed out the affected drywall and applied antimicrobial to the wood bearings. Since this portion was a fairly smaller job, we were able to finish in 1 day which allowed us to move forward with repairs!
