This project required us to complete several steps to ensure the home was put back together safely. First, we assessed the damages and started to handle the mold/mitigation portion. After a dishwasher leak had went on for a while, flooding occurred throughout the kitchen and caused mold growth on the cabinetry. Once the water was extracted out, our crew set containments throughout in order to prevent mold from spreading while our air movers and dehumidifiers ran to dry the space out. We also applied antimicrobial solutions to the affected areas and HEPA vacuumed each space to ensure the mold growth has been extracted as well. After a few days of mold and mitigation, we are now ready to move to repairs. We were so proud to lay down new beautiful flooring and install new cabinetry to ensure that the once damaged areas are beautiful and new again!
