Mold remediation and repairs in Floyds Knobs, IN. Water damage occurred in this home after water in the shower was left on and found a few days later. The entire fully finished basement was saturated and humidity was at an all time high. ANR Restoration went onsite to see the damages and draw up a plan for remediation. The most important part was to get the humidity levels down to a safe and livable environment, as well as start working on mitigating the affected areas. We demoed out most of the drywall and flooring and applied antimicrobial solutions to the studs in the walls. It took several days to finally get the mitigation/mold under control. Once it was complete, we started rebuilding all the frame work and installing new drywall and floors throughout. We also added fresh paint to tie everything together.
