Water damage from a drain back up in Elizabethtown, KY. The drain back up affected multiple areas of the home, including the basement, office, bathroom and family room areas. After doing an onsite inspection, ANR Restoration was ready to move forward with mitigation and clean up. We checked for moisture throughout with moisture meters, removed any affected flooring and drywall through demolition, and set air movers and dehumidifiers to the spaces. After dryout was complete, ANR Restoration quickly moved to repairs to finish restoring the home. We laid down beautiful new flooring and did drywall repairs and final touchups.
