Water damage from a malfunction in the valve from the upstairs bathroom. The water damage affected the first floor and the basement, as well as the hallway. We assessed the damages first and started dry-out of the home. We also dried out the ceiling by installing our PDS System into the ceiling drywall and setting air movers and dehumidifiers in the kitchen.
