Original water damage from a pipe burst in the kitchen, affecting the ductwork, upstairs crawlspace, kitchen and basement areas. We first assessed the water damage in the flooring/ceiling areas using our moisture meters and thermal cameras. Thermal cameras help us locate specifically where the water damage has occurred. Once we had located all the affected/damaged areas, we extracted the water and began our dry-out process using air movers and dehumidifiers. We also treated the mold by building containments prior to any of the demo work applying antimicrobial treatments. We completely redid the bathrooms, kitchen, and more during our repairs project. We specifically installed beautiful new tile and a gorgeous charcoal grey vanity in the bathroom!
