We got called out to remove the existing spray foam insulation that was done by another company. The insulation was installed by an unlicensed spray foam contractor that installed off ratio/ contaminated chemical. Once all insulation was removed from the roof deck, we correctly re- insulated the area with 6" of open cell foam.
